Please Read Carefully & Thoroughly

If Design is Approved Please Reply: APPROVED

If More Edits/Changes are Needed Reply: CHANGES

For Design Edits/Changes

Please be as detailed as possible, include all information, images and edits in the email. Bullet point format and screen shots are very helpful in expediting the process of returning you proofs and getting an approved design to begin your printing production.

Printing Turnaround

We strive to get your design and printing done as fast as possible, however the printing turnaround timeline does not begin until you have approved your artwork, if you ordered your printing with 3-5 day turnaround that means your printing will be completed in up to 5 business days and the day your artwork is approved is day 1.

Number of Proofs

The design service you ordered dictates the number of proofs you will receive without incurring additional costs.

  • Type-Setting, this should be done in one proof, for this service we are simply inputting text and/or content you have supplied, no design changes or artwork is included with this service.

  • Custom Design, you know what you want and have supplied all content already proofed for grammar, spelling and punctuation along with all images you want included. This service included up to 3 rounds of proofs, each additional proof past 3 will be a $15 charge.

  • Premium Design, this service includes more artist input and liberty from our design team and include up to 5 rounds of proofs, each additional proof will be a $15 charge.

CHECK FOR ALL SPELLING, GRAMMAR, AND OTHER TYPE ISSUES.

Once artwork is approved for print, we are not responsible for any typos or spelling mistakes. Any missed spellings or mistakes are the responsibility of the client during the revision process. The cost of re-printing falls on the customer if a mistake is missed once artwork has been placed into production.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE PERFECT COLOR MATCHING.

There aren't many things our printers can't achieve! However, when choosing the colors for your artwork, it’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific color profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product. If you would like to ensure the color print you are receiving, we highly recommend you pay for a physical proof. Once approved, we are not responsible for any mismatched colors.
